Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DivorceBro mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Attimo Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.

2. Description of Service

DivorceBro is a mobile application and website designed to help men navigate divorce by providing:

• Educational content and guided courses, including a free introductory "Boot Camp"
• Mood and wellness tracking tools
• A task-planning framework and goal-setting features
• Support Circle functionality to connect with friends and family
• Community forums for peer support
• Live group coaching for eligible members
• Tips and resources on divorce-related topics

3. Eligibility

To use DivorceBro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Free and Paid Features

DivorceBro offers both free features and paid plans. Which plans are available, their prices, their billing periods, and what each plan includes are shown in the app or on our website before you buy. Some purchases are one-time and some renew automatically; the specific terms of each are disclosed at the point of purchase.

5.2 Billing

• Purchases made in the app are billed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android); purchases made on our website are billed through our payment processor.
• Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase.
• Any plan that renews automatically continues until cancelled, and renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel an auto-renewing plan at any time:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → DivorceBro → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → DivorceBro → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we do not directly process those refunds. Refunds for purchases made on our website are handled by us as described at the point of purchase.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the app, including mood entries, journal entries, goals, and community posts ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Community Guidelines

When posting in the community, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share personal information about others without their consent
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Post sexually explicit or violent content
• Encourage illegal activity or self-harm

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

6.3 Anonymous Posting

The community allows anonymous posting. Even when posting anonymously, you must comply with these Terms and community guidelines.

7. Support Circle

The Support Circle feature allows you to invite friends and family to support you. By using this feature:

• You represent that you have permission to share the contact information of people you invite
• You understand that invited members will receive communications via email or SMS
• You agree to use this feature responsibly and not for harassment or spam

8. Intellectual Property & License

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Attimo Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.1 License to Use the App (End-User License Agreement)

This section, together with the rest of these Terms, constitutes the End-User License Agreement ("EULA") for the DivorceBro application. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Attimo Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the DivorceBro application on any Apple-branded or Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained the app (the Apple App Store or Google Play). You may not use the app on a device you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

The app is licensed, not sold, to you. Attimo Labs LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

Maintenance, support, and warranty. Attimo Labs LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app, and for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. Attimo Labs LLC is solely responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation, and claims that the app infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights.

Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

For apps obtained from the Apple App Store, the additional terms in Section 14 also apply; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this license and may enforce it against you.

8.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Professional Advice

The content provided through DivorceBro is for informational and educational purposes only. Eric Meade is a Certified Divorce Coach, but the app does not establish a coaching relationship. The Service does NOT provide:

• Legal advice or representation
• Financial or investment advice
• Medical or mental health treatment
• Therapeutic services

Always consult with qualified professionals for legal, financial, and health matters.

9.2 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTIMO LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any decisions you make based on content in the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attimo Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• User Content you submit to the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Colorado.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Attimo Labs LLC, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

15. Google Play Additional Terms

If you downloaded the app from Google Play:

• These Terms are between you and Attimo Labs LLC, not Google
• Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app
• Google is not responsible for any product warranties or claims

16. Artificial Intelligence Features

DivorceBro uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized content, such as suggested personal principles based on your workbook responses and suggested coaching replies to community posts. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Relevant portions of your content — for example, workbook responses, or community posts and comments — may be sent to one or more third-party AI service providers for processing
• AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed critically before acting on it
• You retain full ownership of your content; AI processing does not transfer any rights to your content

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Attimo Labs LLC regarding your use of the Service.
